Problem

A multi-part application (frontend, backend, database and external integrations) needs to be released repeatedly without breaking production.

Constraints

Several environments, external providers and secrets must be configured correctly, and problems must be found quickly when they occur.

Approach

Automated deployment through CI/CD, explicit environment configuration, reverse proxy configuration, health checks and application monitoring, with documented releases.

Solution

A repeatable release process for the ZazaVoice stack, supported by production troubleshooting and release management.

Result

Software that is delivered and operated through a repeatable, monitored release process. We have not published uptime or delivery-time figures.

This is commercial / operational product experience. It is not a federal contract.
