Building a Production AI Voice Platform

Problem

Businesses want AI agents that can handle live voice conversations, which requires combining web applications, telephony, speech and language models, and business data in one dependable system.

Constraints

Voice is real-time and unforgiving of delay or failure. The platform also needs authentication, security-conscious configuration, and the ability to be operated and fixed in production.

Approach

A React / Next.js frontend, a Java 17 / Spring Boot backend and PostgreSQL, connected through REST APIs and WebSocket communications to telephony, speech/voice and AI model providers, with a knowledge-base service for retrieval.

Solution

ZazaVoice, an AI communications and voice-agent platform that MR RECRUITS develops and operates, deployed with CI/CD and monitored through health checks.

Result

A production platform that MR RECRUITS operates and continues to improve. We have not published quantified business metrics.
